The Fun of Physics - Physics Workshop

Chris Wallis, Senior Teacher Fellow at the Ogden Trust and long time Physics Teacher at Ashton Community Science College is hosting an evening of Physics Fun on Wednesday 9th March, 2022 from 5pm - 7pm. This is the same workshop as previously run so don’t sign up if you have already been! New workshop will follow on 30th March.
The aim of this event is to allow parents to experience the "Fun of Physics" with their child by completing a series of activities that will both inform and entertain. A competition will run during the evening and Physicsy prizes will be awarded to all winners. This event will give parents the opportunity to experience life in a science lab at school so they can appreciate what it is like for their children at school but will also give them more confidence to support their child’s learning.
Don't worry if you know nothing about Physics, there are no tests, come along to enjoy and learn.
